  • Generally

Due to the fact that our website is under construction, some information may be missing at the moment. However, we encourage you to stay tuned as more products will be added to our range shortly. We continue to accept orders as usual.

We at Eadl AB are committed to reducing our environmental impact and efficiently managing our resources. Therefore, we reuse packaging and packaging from our own deliveries to reduce waste and contribute to sustainable development.

Eadl AB reserves the right to correct any printing errors, complaint cases and/or factual errors that may be found on our website or in advertisements. Please note that persons under the age of 18 must have a guardian's permission to place orders with us. We take all attempts at fraud seriously and report them to the police. Eadl AB also reserves the right to cancel a purchase if there is suspicion of fraud.

  • Prices

We at Eadl AB offer a wide range of goods that are priced in SEK, including VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices, and we reserve the right to correct any printing errors and/or final sales. Promotions and discounted prices are valid while stocks last or until the end date of the specified promotion period. We will also continuously update prices depending on our stock status during promotional periods.

  • Payments

We have chosen to work with Klarna as our payment partner, to offer our customers a safe and smooth payment process. Through Klarna, we offer our customers a wide range of payment options, including invoice, card payment and partial payment. This enables you as a customer to choose the option that suits you best.

We offer the following payment methods at checkout: Klarna, internet banking, card payment, Paypal, Shop pay, Apple pay and Google pay.

  • Personal data

When you complete a transaction with Eadl, we will ask you to provide certain personal information such as name, address, email address and telephone number. By completing your order, you agree that we store and use this information internally in accordance with Swedish law in order to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer. This data can be used for identification, administration and communication, including unique offers and targeted marketing. They can also be used for customer analysis and statistics collection. The personal data may be registered as a customer number. We treat all personal data with the utmost care and guarantee that it will only be used internally. The exception is third-party solutions, such as Klarna, which need certain information to be able to fulfill their obligations, including payment and delivery.

Eadl AB, with organization number 559392-7840, is the personal data controller for the processing of your personal data. We are responsible for how your data is processed when we use it for our own purposes. If you have any questions regarding our handling of your personal data or if you wish to exercise any of your rights under the Personal Data Act, please contact us at Eadl.information@gmail.com.

  • Open purchase

Eadl AB complies with the Distance Contracts Act and offers a 14-day right of withdrawal (right of exchange) from the date you receive your delivery. If you wish to make a return, please contact our customer service at Eadl.information@gmail.com or fill in the contact form. We will refund the purchase price within 30 days in cases where the consumer cancels the purchase on valid grounds. For the right of withdrawal to be valid, the following requirements must be met:

  • The item is unused and in original condition.
  • An invoice/receipt is available and can be presented as proof of purchase.
  • The original packaging or equivalent packaging is present and in perfect condition.

We encourage our customers to select and check their products carefully before deciding to keep them. The goods must be in the same condition as when they were received, and it is therefore important to keep all the original packaging and documentation that came with the delivery.

If you choose to cancel your purchase within the permitted cancellation period, we will refund the entire purchase price. As a consumer, however, you are responsible for any shipping and return costs. Please note that it is the consumer's responsibility to ensure that the return is made in a reliable manner. The item must be in unaltered condition and must be returned with its original packaging. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service for guidance before returning the item.

  • Complaint

As a consumer at Eadl, you always have the right to a complaint during a period of three years from the time you bought the product. Should a fault occur with an item covered by the right of complaint, please report this to our customer support by contacting us at Eadl.information@gmail.com or via our contact form. It is important that you report the error within a reasonable time after it was discovered for the complaint to be valid. Please note that the right of complaint only applies to goods purchased by private individuals that are used for private use. Damages caused by insufficient maintenance, normal wear and tear, self-inflicted damage or use of the product in a way other than that for which it is intended, are not covered by the right of complaint.

As a customer with us at Eadl, it is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping in the event of a complaint. However, should it turn out to be a manufacturing fault with the item, we will refund the shipping costs you have had to pay. If it turns out that the error is the result of an administrative error on your part, you will be contacted about the next steps in the matter.

As a customer of Eadl, we ask you to report any issues regarding warranty within a reasonable time to our customer service at Eadl.information@gmail.com The right to complain only applies if the following requirements are met:

  • The invoice/receipt must always be presented when invoking the warranty
  • Describe the error/problem as clearly as possible
  • Attach clear pictures showing what is wrong with the product

As part of our commitment to providing high-quality products and services, we at Eadl reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty according to current consumer purchase legislation. In cases where a complaint is approved, we at Eadl will refund you the cost of the return shipping. We strive to handle all complaints with speed and professionalism and appreciate your understanding of this.

  • Return of goods

As a customer of Eadl, you are entitled to a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the time you received the item. To make a return, contact our customer service via email at Eadl.information.se or via our contact form and always state your name and order number.

The product that is returned to us must be in essentially unchanged condition and in the original packaging with associated packaging. As a customer, you are responsible for the return fee, which is the actual shipping cost. You can get more information about this cost by contacting our customer service.

We reserve the right to make a depreciation deduction if the product's condition or function has changed so that it can no longer be resold to another customer without making a deduction from the sales price. The deduction will then be made from the total return amount before it is refunded to you. The assessment of the size of the deduction is made by us at each return. The minimum deduction is always SEK 100.

As a customer, you are responsible for the transport of the return package, so pack the goods carefully to avoid damage during the journey. You are also responsible for providing us with correct contact details at checkout. If any of the above is not met, we reserve the right not to refund the full amount due to extra costs, damage or changed condition of the product.

Once we have received, processed and approved your return, you will be refunded no later than 30 days after we received the product.

  • Dispute

As a customer of Eadl AB, it is important for us to handle any disputes in a professional and fair manner. In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of the General Complaints Board (ARN).

As a customer of Eadl AB, you have the opportunity to choose for yourself whether you want to accept the use of cookies or not. Most browsers are automatically set to accept cookies. Through the settings in your device/browser, you can also delete cookies that are already stored. If you choose not to accept the use of cookies, you can turn them off via your browser's security settings. However, this may lead to limited functionality on our website.

  • Reservations

Eadl AB reserves the right to change prices, text and images on our website without prior notice. However, we always try to keep our website as up-to-date and accurate as possible. We also reserve the right for possible printing errors, price adjustments and possible deficiencies in information. All offers on our website are while stocks last. In the event of a possibly incorrect specification, we reserve the right to offer a product with the correct specification or to cancel the purchase.
