Refund Policy

Eadl AB complies with the Distance Contracts Act and offers a 14-day right of withdrawal (right of exchange) from the date you receive your delivery. If you wish to make a return, please contact our customer service at Eadl.information@gmail.com or fill in the contact form. We will refund the purchase price within 30 days in cases where the consumer cancels the purchase on valid grounds. For the right of withdrawal to be valid, the following requirements must be met:

• The item is unused and in original condition.
• An invoice/receipt is available and can be presented as proof of purchase.
• The original packaging or equivalent packaging is present and in perfect condition.

We encourage our customers to select and check their products carefully before deciding to keep them. The goods must be in the same condition as when they were received, and it is therefore important to keep all the original packaging and documentation that came with the delivery.

If you choose to cancel your purchase within the permitted cancellation period, we will refund the entire purchase price. As a consumer, however, you are responsible for any shipping and return costs. Please note that it is the consumer's responsibility to ensure that the return is made in a reliable manner. The item must be in unaltered condition and must be returned with its original packaging.
