Delivery time
At Eadl AB, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Normal delivery time is 3-14 working days for products that are in stock. In the event that a product is not in stock, the waiting time may be longer. We reserve the right to final sale. If you order several items with different delivery times, all items will be sent in one shipment when all items have arrived in our warehouse.
Should there be a delay in delivery, we will notify you of this as soon as possible from the time the delay becomes known to us. We reserve the right to indemnify ourselves from all compensation claims from customers regarding delivery delays.

Return
We offer a 14-day right of exchange and open purchase from the date you collect your order from us. If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service at Eadl.inforamtion@gmail.com for further instructions.
To handle a damaged product, please document the damage with a picture and send it to us as an attachment in your return message.
If you regret your purchase, you are responsible for the costs of return shipping. The product/package must be returned in the same condition and packaging as it was received. The customer chooses which shipping company to use for the return.

Requirements to return
As a customer, you are responsible for the risk during transport when returning goods. Therefore, it is important that the product is packed well and properly protected to avoid damage during transport.
The goods must be unused and sent back in undamaged original packaging, with all labels and manuals intact.
When an item is returned, the invoice is not affected and the due date is not affected. The invoice is payable as usual, and we will credit the amount within 30 days of the item being returned and approved.
Eadl AB is not responsible for returns that are sent back incorrectly. In case of incorrect return, it is the customer's responsibility for the transport and any damages or losses that occur during the transport.
If a return is not approved by us, we will not credit you for the item. However, you have the right to have the item returned to you against the shipping cost. We recommend that you carefully read our returns policy and contact our customer service before returning an item to avoid any problems.
